Also, the sale of Cannabis by-products would contribute to increased revenue. Thus, it is evident that legalization of Cannabis could go a long way in reviving the economy to some extent.

Apart from these, the war of the U.S. Government on drugs including Cannabis (Marijuana) is in fact very costly for the economy. An estimated $1 trillion dollars is spent on the law enforcement procedures such as investigating Cannabis growers, traders, dealers etc. This huge expenditure can be done away with almost immediately if Cannabis consumption is legalized.

Other than that, the prison expenditure is also worth considering. Around 25% people in the prison are due to offense related to drugs including Cannabis. The prison related expenses incurred due to Cannabis related arrests could be cut down once Cannabis is legalized. This would indirectly lead to a positive impact on the economy.

Although there are certain ethical issues related to the legalization of Cannabis, but with the ever increasing research regarding the positive aspects of Cannabis such as alleviating pain and other bodily disorders, the authorities could certainly give a proper thought to this matter. The combinations of these factors along with the benefits it would reap for the struggling American economy, the legalization of Cannabis seems to be a step in the right direction.

Organic farms consume 45% less amount of energy than the conventional settings. The products produced, on the other hand, are more efficient and have better health-related benefits.

As compared to the conventional lands, family farm lands have better soil which lasts longer and produces better each time. The reasons being is that they are treated without rush, in a manner closest to nature.

4. Keeps the toxins out:

Family farming keeps the toxins out. The environment is safe which eventually leads to a land more beneficial for plants, animals, and human beings. Creating healthier alternatives and also places lesser stress on the environment.

Buying or selling a home is one of the largest financial transactions someone will likely ever make.

Although most people don’t think about it, real estate is one of the most regulated industries in the United States.  The laws governing marketing property, especially residential property, are serious and carry steep fines or even criminal penalties for those who violate.  In addition, there have been a whole host of real estate title and lending scams that have become even more prominent throughout the Great Recession, and remain in play today.  What was, in our grandparents’ time, a simple handshake transaction with a piece of paper filed later at the courthouse, is now a potential minefield of litigation, even in the simplest of transactions.

If a home was bought more than 15 years ago, it was probably with the help of a realtor.  There wasn’t a great way to see what was for sale, what the market timing and pricing was like, or what amenities were commonly being offered by a seller unless a realtor with access to the local MLS database was involved in the transaction.  The landscape has completely changed with the advent of the Internet.  Now there is often more and more timely information available to the average Joe about properties and transactions than realtors could get ahold of a decade ago.  With this in mind, many are asking themselves, why bother with a realtor’s commission?  Why not work out the transaction between the seller and the buyer, and eliminate a middle-man and an expense?

The reasons are simple but critically important to protecting oneself, finances and future property.  When representing oneself as the buyer in a transaction, a risk is being taken.  Someone may feel confident negotiating the price with the seller, but in terms of evaluating inspection information, taking into account the 30 to 60 day market trends and understanding the ramifications of the reams of documents that must be signed, one becomes vulnerable to fraud and financial distress.  Even more frightening is selling the property on without assistance.  While there are pages and pages of information on the internet that describe how to sell property “for sale by owner”, most average people have no ability as an owner to reach into the community of real estate agents and get the property before their audience of clients.  That means the primary targets are going to be people who are looking outside of the realtor-based community – in other words, those who choose to or cannot qualify to work with a professional representative.

Buying or selling a home is one of the largest financial transactions someone will likely ever make.  Give the experience due consideration and appropriate professional attention.  Secure the services of a licensed realtor experienced in the market.

When you see one of the plastic sculptures that are designed to look like rocks in a neighbor’s yard, it should make you afraid. As you pass a truck and spot the small black magnetic box that attaches to the wheel well, you should want to honk your horn.

Winning Ways: Insider Secrets for Business Success was released August 18th, 2015 on Amazon and at other retailers. Within days of its release it reached the top 10 of several national and international Amazon best-seller lists. Jennifer Riggs, Winters Family Agency, Farmers Insurance Agent co-authored the book and contributed her personal biography in order to share her experiences in the insurance industry with other potential future entrepreneurs.

Steve Case, co-founder of AOL once wrote, “You shouldn’t focus on why you can’t do something, which is what most people do. You should focus on why perhaps you can, and be one of the exceptions.” Riggs is a wonderful example of someone who has chosen to focus her career on being committed to doing everything that she can do to be successful.
