14 Apr, 2016 – The topic of this post is all about how to change your Life in the fastest amount of time as possible…and I found a way that works for everybody! Not only for me, but also for tons of my clients…

The beauty of these steps is, that it will raise your self esteem, it will help you overcome fear and it’s the best way for a better life!

This morning ritual is my #1 Game Changer to succeed! In any area of your life!!!!

I don’t wanna waste your and my time, so let’s get straight to the point…

As mentioned in the Title, this method includes 9 steps

By studying highly successful people over the last couple of years is, that these guys are, the majority of them, early birds…meaning, they get up very early in the morning…some of them even earlier than 4AM…which is incredible…

Right?

Once I heard about this I was a bit worrying if I can do it in the same way…my biggest challenge was always to get up early…I couldn’t deal with that kind of behave…it was totally difficult…whenever I got up earlier than 8AM I felt tired and with no energy…

Maybe you’re the same…no clue…

But the point is, that this is the first Step to change your destiny…

Because if you keep following your current habits, you won’t be able to change your life!

That’s for sure!

The best way to change your life is by implementing new – better habits into your life.

One of these habits I recommend is to get up early in the morning.

When you do this you become more productive if you know how to structure it correctly…

Be patient, I am going to tell you in a few how it works… 

Ok, Step #1 is to get up early in the morning. If you can’t deal with 5AM in the morning, get up 1 hour earlier as you usually get up and use that 1 hour for the upcoming steps…

The second Step is to wash your face immediately to feel fresh and awake. I prefer to use ice cold water…

When you’re done with this, you should trink at least 0.5L of water, I prefer to add some lemon juice to the water…(that’s basically the 3rd Step)

The next Step is to meditate for 10 mins. When I say meditate, I mean, watch your breathing…let any thoughts pass by…do this for 10 mins…

The next Step is to do your incantations…For those of you guys who has no clue what Incantations are, you could either search youtube for Tony Robbins…In my words, it’s the same like affirmations but instead of just reading your affirmations, you need to move your body while speaking them loud out…that kind of motion creates emotions…

Do this also for 10 mins.

It’s the easiest way to anchor your affirmations deep into your subconscious mind. Some of my incantations manifest in hours, some in days, some take a bit longer…

Stick with your Incantations for 7 days…

I prefer to write Incantations based on my weekly goals I set…after these 7 days I switch them into new ones…

The 6th Step is to visualize your goals for 10 mins…I personally use keynote where I’ve created some kind of visionboard just by adding some screenshot pictures about my goals I’d like to achieve.

Visualize them in total for 10mins.

The 7th Step is to read a book about the topic you wanna bring more into your life. For me it’s about making more money, becoming better in my business…

Currently I read Dr. Joseph Murphy and his book about the subconscious mind…

Read for 10mins…then head over to the next Step, Step #8

And it’s about Journaling…and what that means is, write down what are you grateful for, what you’ve accomplished the day before and what are your 3 daily goals…Do this for 10 mins…

When you’re done with this, head over to the next step…

…it’s the last step of this powerful ritual…

It’s about exercising your body for 10 or 15 mins.

Currently I do 20 pushups, 50 jumping jacks, 20 burpees and 50 situps…it takes me 15mins to do them all…

For some of you…this maybe a bit too much, but I highly suggest you guys to start with this ritual…it’s very powerful and it has the potential to change your life in lightspeed if you are willing to put in the effort, the time and the willpower. The willpower is necessary for the first 66 days until it becomes a subconscious habit.

That’s it guys…and be aware about, that success is only achievable for these guys that are willing to invest and are willing to pay the price!

Brooksville, Florida April 2016 – Panoptic Media Marketing Inc today announced their internal review of the company’s performance during Q1 2016.

In January, Panoptic Media Europe Ltd formally opened an office at the prestigious Imperial Park in Newport, the facilities, and the location allows the promotion of a professional and sustainable atmosphere and also allow the organization to tap into the digital and software talent within the Newport and Cardiff areas.

February brought a new acquisition in the name of Clear-Comms, a leading Copywriting company, which specializes in Plain English Copywriting and counts press release distribution, article writing, and proofreading amongst their specialties. With the America’s Media Marketing Division operating mostly in the analogue print sector, this was a natural fit for the organization as Clear Comms would be able to assist with the writing of sponsored posts and advertorials.

March 14th brought a further major acquisition in the form of GreatCircle Studios, leading digital marketing agency based in Clearwater, FL, specializing in the design of responsive websites, SEO tools, digital marketing, and digital concierge services, along with software development.

“With these developments comes a need for fundamental changes and a reorganization of the management structure. We have moved Jeff Varnes from head of production at America’s Media Marketing to become Director of Production at Panoptic Media Marketing so that Varnes’ experience would be shared amongst the group,” said Daniel Dyer, President of Panoptic Media Marketing Inc.

“Josh Royals, former Operations Manager at Quality Resources, also joined Panoptic Media as Group Sales Manager. In addition, Panoptic moved Melissa Zarn from GreatCircle Studios to be the new Director of Sales and Operations for Panoptic,” continues Dyer

As a result of this, Panoptic has now formed more of a group structure, with America’s Media Marketing (AMM), Great Circle Studios (GCS) and Clear Comms (CC) making up the current divisions with a strong management team keeping the divisions on track.

At the close of Quarter 1 (January 2016 to March 2016), Panoptic Media Marketing now employs 24 employees across the North American and European offices, with 11 of the team working in the sales division.

“Q2 sees the launch of two new divisions at Panoptic, one being PanoSoftware, which is a spin-off from the Software Development services already conducted at GCS, this will allow a greater focus on the bespoke software development needed by our clients and also allow us to work more closely on our own marketing software product line,” said Daniel Dyer. “The second division which will be launched will be PanoBeacon, which is our division dedicated to proximity marketing, we already have some customers in this area where we have developed apps and databases to manage beacon data, however, we are building a highly talented team specialized in software sales and software development,” continues Dyer.

In addition to this exciting news, Panoptic Media Europe has also hired additional staff and will be rolling out GCS’ web design and SEO products across Europe and beyond.

Summing up the 1st quarters results Dyer added, “It’s been an exciting 6 months, with several acquisitions and organic growth, the focus of Q2 is the consolidation and integration of our divisions, whilst making new friends and customers, and we continue to grow and spread the Panoptic brand.”

The Fridley, Minnesota Lions Club raised and distributed more than $200,000 in their 2015-2016 club year. Scores of non-profits were the recipients of their help.

Bud Dauphin, from Schaaf Floral and a member of the Fridley Lions, along with Lions President Tom Bourque present a check for $3000 to Jim Huff, Executive Director of  Cars For Neighbors, with Metro North Chamber President, Lorie Higgins.

The Fridley Lions Club of Fridley, Minnesota had a banner year in fundraising.  With that money they help scores of non-profit organizations in the Fridley area.  One of these is Cars For Neighbors which repairs and furnishes cars for single mothers who are stuck with no way to get to work or a person who is just down on their luck.  

Cars For Neighbors also works with Stepping Stone Emergency Housing, the only homeless shelter in Anoka County.  They either repair or give a car to someone breaking out of the cycle of poverty and has a job, but no way to get to it.  When Stepping Stone makes the request, Cars For Neighbors knows the person has been prequalified.  “It’s a great partnership,” said Jim Huff of Cars For Neighbors.

The Lions Club also supplies more than $40,000 to Fridley High School each year for scholarships for graduating seniors. They also help out neighboring communities Spring Lake Park, Coon Rapids and Columbia Heights high schools to a lesser degree.  The club is in the process of giving $250,000 to the Springbrook Nature Center to assist in their expansion efforts.  More than 30 school districts and 12,000 students use Springbrook as part of their curriculum.

The club is also setting up a Foundation to be used solely for student scholarships, Scouting and Youth Sports.  This is an ongoing project spearheaded by Lion Ron Ackerman, a two time president of the Fridley Lions.  And finally, the Lions Club has just added a new project, Open Arms of Minnesota. They will start soon in delivering meals to Fridley residents with debilitating disease such as HIV, ALS, MS and cancer.  The food comes from Open Arms and will be delivered to St. Philips Church in Fridley. The food will be paid for by the Fridley Lions Club and delivered to the recipients by the Lions.  The Lions Club motto “We Serve” certainly comes shining through.  These are just a few examples of a much bigger donor list that the Lions assist.

Each year the club actually attempts to empty it’s treasury by June 30th, the end of it’s club year and start over.  Lion President Tom Bourque said, “It’s a fun job to give money to people and organizations that are doing so much good.” “And Lion Bourque and I know these folks because the Fridley Lions and Schaaf Floral are members of the Metro North Chamber of Commerce as are many of these non-profit groups.  We see and know how hard they work, so it truly is fun to be able to help them in their efforts,” Lion Bud added.
